Membership periods
Membership payments are processed each fortnight from the date you have joined. Each payment covers classes from that date for 14 days.
Pause your membership
You are able to pause your membership at any time, for a minimum of 2 weeks and for a maximum of 12 weeks over a 12 month period. If you would like to pause your membership simply email us with at least 14 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment at hello@pilatespavilion.com.au.
Cancel your membership
After the initial 12 week minimum term, simply contact us via email with at least 14 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment. All requests for cancellations must be made by emailing hello@pilatespavilion.com.au. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation when it has been completed.
Memberships are paid in advance, so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within adequate time frames.
Intro offers and launch offers
The introductory offer may only be purchased by new visitors who have not yet attended the studio. These offers can be used once only and are valid for a specified number of days, usually expressly specified from the date of your first class after purchasing the pass. Our intro offers allow you to attend the specified number of regularly scheduled classes but excludes special events.
No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused classes, under any circumstances.
Booking and cancellation policy
As class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book online or via the Pilates Pavilion website to reserve your place. Bookings open 14 days in advance.
If you need to cancel, we have a 6 hour class cancelation policy. If you forget to cancel (no-show) or cancel within the 6 hour cancellation window prior to session start time, you will forfeit that class credit on your account, and incur a penalty of $15 for no-shows and $10 for late-cancellations. There are no exceptions, and is applicable to all memberships, class packs and casual passes.
The creche has a 2 hour cancellation policy for all clients. All no-shows or late cancellations will incur a $10 penalty.
Places are limited and valuable to the Pilates Pavilion community.
Returns & Refunds
All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused membership periods or casual/class pass holders.
Children
Children are not allowed within the studio, under any circumstances. If using our crèche, children must have a pre-existing booking, and must be dropped off and picked up to the crèche, via the crèche main door (not from within the studio). Our crèche is not open every day and all bookings must be made via our app.

No late entry is permitted, so please make sure you arrive 10 minutes early for your class.
