A 9-hour cancellation-policy applies to all memberships and packs.
If you cancel a session within 9 hours prior to your booked session, you will be charged a $10 late-cancellation fee, and you will forfeit your class credit.
If you do not show up to your booked session, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee, and you will forfeit your class credit.
The above applies to all memberships, class packs and casual passes.
