How can I view your timetable?

How do I enter the studio?

You’ll receive a door code via SMS and email when you purchase a membership. (Includes intro packs, and all other subscriptions and packs.)

  • Enter via the F45-branded doors (not the main doors).

  • The corridor leads to the crèche and change rooms.

If using the crèche: go straight to the last door on the left.
If not: drop your belongings in the change room (second door on the left) and remove your shoes before entering the studio.

We are a completely shoe-free studio, and shoes are not permitted outside of the change rooms. This applies to our creche: children and parents must remove their shoes before entering the kids’ room.

Please wait in the lounge if you arrive early. Only enter the mat or reformer room within 5 minutes of class start time.

Why can’t I enter the reformer or mat rooms if I arrive early?

Our instructors need time and space to prepare the room before class begins. A lot of planning goes into each session, and early entry can disrupt their setup and focus.

To help us create the best experience for you, please wait in the lounge until 5 minutes before your class starts.

What should I bring to class?

  • Reformer classes: Grip socks and reformer mats are required (available for purchase at the studio).

  • Mat classes: You are required to bring two towels. One large towel to cover your mat and one small towel to wipe away sweat.

  • Water bottles are encouraged, and we have a refill station in our change room.

Late Arrival Policy

We do not permit entry into the studio if you are more than 2 minutes late to your class. This policy is in place for several important reasons:

  • It is unsafe to miss the warm-up.

  • It is disruptive to both clients and instructors.

  • It is considered poor etiquette and affects the experience of the whole class.

We understand that unexpected things can happen, but this rule applies consistently to all clients, without exception, to ensure safety, fairness, and respect for everyone’s time.

Please arrive early and prepared. Allow extra time for parking and crèche drop-off.

Studio Etiquette

  • Personal hygiene matters. Body odour is very disruptive. Please arrive clean and be mindful of body odour; especially for heated classes.

  • Phones on silent. Once class begins, phones must remain untouched and on silent mode to ensure a focused and respectful environment.

  • No filming during class. You're welcome to take photos of the studio before or after your session (and we’d love for you to tag us!), but filming, including filming yourself during class, is not permitted.

  • Minimise disruption. We want you to enjoy your class, but please avoid chatting during the session as it can be disruptive to others.

I’ve never done Pilates before. Where should I begin?

No experience? No problem. Pilates is an inclusive practice, and everyone is welcome, regardless of age, fitness level, or flexibility. Our classes are layered, and we encourage you to take breaks and move at your own pace.
For mat Pilates, Mat Essentials is a great place to start.

Age Policy: Participants must be 16+ and accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 18.

Do I need to be fit or flexible to do Pilates?

Not at all. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or have any prior experience. Our classes are designed to meet you where you’re at and grow with you. We focus on progress, not perfection.

Do you offer a free trial?

We don’t offer free trials, but our Intro Offer is the perfect way to get started: 6 classes for only $59! Valid for 14 days from your first booking. Purchase here.

Do you offer casual visits or class packs?

Yes. You can purchase single visits or packs of 10, 20, 50, or 75 classes via our memberships page.
Please note: all packs have fixed expiry dates and cannot be paused or extended.

How do I book and cancel classes?

All bookings are made via the Pilates Pavilion app, available on the App Store and Google Play Store. Cancellations must also be made through the app.

Late-Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We have a 6-hour cancellation window for all classes.

  • No-Shows will incur a $15 fee

  • Late cancellations (within 6 hours of the class start time) will incur a $10 fee

  • When you do not show up, you will also forfeit the class credit used for the booking

These fees are in place to support the smooth running of our studio and to honour everyone’s time:

  1. If you don’t show up, someone else who wanted that spot misses out.

  2. If everyone booked in cancels or doesn't show up, it wastes time and resources for our team (yes, this has happened a couple of times in the past!).

  3. It helps keep all clients accountable to their bookings and commitments.

These charges are automated by our system and cannot be manually stopped or reversed.

Unless there is a major incident (e.g. a death), we are unable to waive or adjust these fees.

How do memberships work?

The best way to experience Pilates Pavilion for yourself is to purchase our Intro Pack: 6 classes for only $59! If you purchase a membership before your intro pack expires, you get $5 off your weekly membership fee!

Note: You are able to purchase your membership at any time, during your intro pack. You just need to make sure to book into classes by selecting your intro pack at checkout (you will not lose your intro pack credits!).

  • You can pause your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks, and a maximum of four weeks per year for travel or medical reasons (request your membership pause via email to hello@pilatespavilion.com.au, at least 14 days before your requested dates).

  • Memberships must be active in order to cancel.

  • Fourteen days' written notice is required to cancel, once your commitment period is up (generally 12 weeks, unless otherwise stated).

  • Members will be notified four weeks in advance of any pricing changes.

Can I pause my class pack?

Class packs cannot be paused, extended, or refunded, so please only purchase a pack if you’re confident you can use it before the expiry date.

Can I attend more than one class per day?

To make bookings fair and accessible for everyone, we currently limit bookings to one class per day per client.

A lot of classes are waitlisted. Can I still get in?

Yes! Our classes often fill up, but spots regularly become available.

Add yourself to the waitlist, and whoever is on the waitlist will be sent a text message as soon as a spot opens up. The person who accepts the spot first will get it.

If added from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply, so only waitlist yourself if you’re sure you can attend.
Check the app closer to class time for any last-minute cancellations.

I have a membership but can’t book a class. Why not?

Possible reasons include:

  • You've reached your weekly class limit.

  • You've already booked a class that day (1 class/day max).

  • Your payment failed. Stripe retries after 3 days. If the second attempt fails, your account will lock until resolved.

You can still purchase discounted casual visits if you’re a current member on a 2 or 3 times per week membership.

Class Cancellations and Class-Format Changes

As a fairly new studio, we're still refining our timetable. Class times are set based on trial and error, attendance patterns, and a range of other operational factors.

At this stage, classes with fewer than three participants will be cancelled. We will always do our best to notify you in advance via our in-app messaging platform, so please ensure your Pilates Pavilion app notifications are turned on.

While we aim to run all classes as scheduled, last-minute changes may occur due to illness or emergencies. In these cases, we will try to arrange a substitute instructor for the same class type whenever possible.

Please note that we do not notify clients of substitute instructors. However, any cancellations or class-format changes will be announced via our in-app messaging platform, SMS or email. For permanent schedule changes, please check our app, website, or social media for the latest updates.

We know this isn’t ideal, and we’re working hard to build a consistent and reliable timetable that meets the needs of our community. Thank you for your patience and support as we grow.

My credit card expired or was cancelled. How can I update it?

Update your card via your Momence account.
For security reasons, we can’t remove saved cards, but we can help you update your details. Your new card may not display in the app, but payments will process as normal.

I’m pregnant or recently had a baby. What classes can I attend?

Pregnant clients are welcome, provided there are no medical limitations. Please:

  • Stay hydrated.

  • Avoid lying flat on your back after 20 weeks.

  • Skip anything that feels unsafe for you.

  • Take breaks as needed.

Postpartum clients are welcome once you’ve received medical clearance.

Can I bring my child?

Yes, but only to our crèche when it is open, and bookings are essential! Our crèche is available for children aged 0–6, and bookings can be made through the app, just like a class.

For safety and comfort, children are not permitted in the studio space under any circumstances. This includes sitting quietly in the mat or reformer room, regardless of their age or behaviour.

Please ensure all children enter the crèche via the corridor entrance only.

How do I add my child(s) to my account?

Please follow these steps:

  1. Download our ‘Pilates Pavilion’ app.

  2. Create your account.

  3. Click on the black bar on the bottom of the page that reads: ‘Manage Children’. Then, ‘Add a child’ —> ‘Create a new child account’ —> Enter child’s details, and we recommend toggling ‘auto-generate child’s email (all booking confirmations and emails relating to your child will automatically be forwarded to your email address) —> Click ‘Create’.

    Follow step 3 for each of your children, if you have more than 1 child.

  4. You can now book your child(s) in to the crèche!

Please Note: Bookings are essential, and children are only allowed into the crèche and no other part of our studio. Late-cancellation and no-show fees apply.
